Performance Management & Incentive system
A performance appraisal for employees is made once a year. Both the job performance and competency evaluation are simultaneously done during the appraisal period. Based on the result of such performance review, incentives are decided for the year.
The performance appraisal is done based on the job responsibility/title and the performance target set by each empolyee.
The annual salary is adjusted and decided based on the result of this performance appraisal.
Education & Training
Provides various education and training opportunities to enhance the capability and self-improvements of our employees. It consists of a common education and job training.
Provides effective educational environments which are customized to the needs and learning style of each individual to maximize a self-directed learning capability and putting what they learned in actual practice. So our goal of education and training is to create a learning culture in which an individual and the company as a whole can develop and evolve together.
Support employee’s association and club activities
Supports regular gatherings/events and employee’s association for all companies in DSK business group.(Provides a company grant for some important occasions of our employees such as the weddings/funerals/etc)
Supports in-company club activities to provide opportunities for reinforcing friendship and socializing between fellow employees and for self-improvement. By supporting those activities, we create and maintain an energetic and invigorating work environment.
