This equipment is used for attaching and bonding TAB (with driver IC attached) film to a LCD panel.
First attach ACF film to a panel. TAB is supplied via REEL. Punch each TAB and align and attach each TAB to a panel by a short pre-bonding tool. Lastly perform a main bonding by using a long bonding tool
